I went to a show at this venue and they didn't adhere to their own door times, blamed the audience who was given no direction, then kicked out myself, my partner, and about 50 other people from the main room of the theater due to their own timing error (we just walked into the theater at doors, no one directed or stopped us). People lost their front of the line spots and the staff made it seem like we were in the wrong. Poor organization at best.

I will say while one staff member was beyond rude to the entire group, the woman that was accepting tickets at the mezzanine door was extremely professional and empathetic to the situation.
