This is the 3rd time that I've availed of a Hyatt ...

This is the 3rd time that I've availed of a Hyatt property for our stay and they've continued to impress me with their hospitality. We used this property for redeeming our loyalty points with the Hyatt program and booked a 2 night stay here over a weekend. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to postpone it 2 times. Despite this, the staff were really welcoming with our plan changes - even with our stay being completely free due to points redemption. In fact, they not only allowed us early checkin / late checkout, they also booked us a very nice room on the top floor with a full city view that was amazing. Even without points redemption, their tariffs (which always include breakfast & unlimited free wifi) are very reasonable for their class. Further, they were more than accommodating for all our small requests that come up invariably when travelling with a small kid. The food in their cafe was really great with countless Vegetarian options as well. The hotel is located in a business district, so it was understandable not to find any nearby sightseeing places which sort of bored us a tiny bit, so I would encourage their staff to incorporate a few indoor games if possible to add to their guests' recreation. All in all, a very pleasant experience and a big thumbs-up
