My fiance was there I believe Monday looking at a GMC truck since he wanted to trade his in. However, the salesman felt as if he was not worthy if having such a nice truck due to the fact that he was trying to sell us some Dodge Laramie and not the GMC. I knew immediately when I was told this it was something to do with commission rather than good customer service...I WAS considering trading my Altima for a new vehicle from this dealership but I know I will get the lukewarm service my fiance experienced since he has been a returning customer several times before.
