My dealings with this company are most unfavorable...

My dealings with this company are most unfavorable. Client / customer service are the bottom of the scale. I am not a client of theirs but I had to deal with them via one of their renters. Phone calls and emails are returned at their convenience and in my opinion, they lack professionalism. They are negligent of their rentals and are not concerned about homeowners who are adjacent to their rentals. I will never refer them to anyone.
