My experience with Elizabeth Michael has been a very disappointing one. the fact that they advertise jobs with "Immediate Start!" Then take weeks to answer your application or the fact that they choose whether you are put forward the role in the first place despite your CV ticking all the boxes/points on the job specification and the fact that you applied for a fair try out or a simple consideration. This is all thrown into to the bin with a simple "We haven't got to your application yet" or "Unfortunately that job is full" or the classic " We didn't feel you had necessary experience," even though your CV or past jobs are built of of exactly what the role consists of.
In my experience with Elizabeth Michaels staff, they have been very dismissive and at times abrasive when i called to chase my application they were very quick to put the phone down on me when i questioned something that they didn't expect or that is not scripted for them to say.

Poor service and poor manners from a company who claims to recruit people.
