i was expecting a higher level of service, first of all some of the front office team doesn't have this hopitality approach, tone of voice , smile on their faces. it does not exist. Second when you check into a suite, their are some aminities that you need to see which also being not placed. for me they are trying to cut cost in the wrong seasonality to make more revenue or ADR!!! You ask for something like a fork it takes 25 minutes to receive it. you ask for a slipper it does not come while it should be part of your amenities ( 3 and four stars are keeping it why you are not ). What i know if you leave your pajamas on the bed, HK will organize it for you, they left it as is which gives you a clear inout about their promise and customer retintion. I do clearly not recommend staying in it unless you drop them a mail with what you are expecting and you have it documented from their management.
