I stayed at this shelter for 4 months in 2017. The amount of abuse I weathered from the Assistant Mgr of this agency and the Housing Staff Mgr was absolutely unbelievable. This was because I was willing to work hard to further my life. They didn't like that.
I finally had to leave because the abuse got so bad. I gave Bob Mills (the CEO) every opportunity to address the situation properly - but he wouldn't do it. He refused to ever respond to my very serious accounts of harassment from the staff and how they were affecting everyone in the shelter.

If Bob Mills had intervened as he should have, that woman's life might have been saved.
