Poor treatment at Orly airport

Poor treatment at Orly airport
Last night, 12.5. In 2016 I traveled with Norwegian from Paris Orly to Copenhagen.
The staff's handling of the passengers shocked me profusely.
First, the check-in at the gate was obviously postponed. Next, the passengers of the trip in question were asked to move to another gate, after which the passage was made both slow and cumbersome for several passengers (the staff talked on the phone, switched in the middle of the check ..). The staff was rude to the passengers, i.a. one of the inspectors demanded that certain luggage should be in the cargo compartment instead of being hand luggage. When I stated that I did not want to get my hand luggage in the cargo, as I only carry important things and also had to hurry to reach my correspondence in Kbh, unless they could take another hand luggage, the answer was that it was MY luggage to be removed! Furthermore, the female controller allowed me to offend her for answering her in English (which was the language she used to accuse me) when I understood French ?? A little while later, when the passengers were boarding the plane, and I announced that I was going to sit in row 4, and so went by the straight exit, she whispered that she should see my boarding card (as if I didn't speak the truth) .
On the plane, the staff told them that they had been waiting for the boarding, not just in time, but that the plane had landed 10 minutes. ahead of time so they were completely unaware of the delay. In addition, they were unaware of the requirement to put my hand luggage in the cargo. Such behavior is unheard of, and it should be appealed to those responsible for this flight that the passengers are customers, behave properly and that we expect proper treatment from the staff.
