My family and I have had to do multiple times with this hospital, as it's the one next to our house. In occasions it worked fine, e.g., the weekend GP. Some specialist clinics, though are extremely disorganized and untrustworthy. Information gets lost in the systems, appointments disappear in thin air, waiting times prolongue for no reason. There is so much room for improvement.
