I went in emergency because my cat had a urinary tract infection. The vet prescribed my cat some metacam. I want to clarify that a blood test was made and that the kidneys of my cat were doing very well. I did not know what the metacam could do and blindly I trust this vet who besides that had told me that my cat had kidneys in very good health like those of young cats maybe they were too healthy for her !!! Indeed, metacam is an analgesic that kills the kidneys of our cats. 8 months later seeing my cat lose weight, another veterinarian suggests me to take a blood test verdict creatinine increased from 10 mg / l to 26 mg / l since the last blood test! Thank you for making my sick cat incompetent to believe that you are doing this to keep your business running!
