I wish I could have given zero or negative stars.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... STUPID AND BRAINLESS PEOPLE WORK THERE.... I Placed an order for a chemical and I own the pharmacy so we needed for the patient's medication. After 3 days of placing order online no one called us back and so I called them back to check status of order. They asked for order and asked me to hold for 1 minute. After that the guy said SORRY WE CAN NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER AS WE DO NOT SUPPLY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. I said I am owner of The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy 377 and the pharmacy license number is 3043 and we are registered compounding and repackaging pharmacy. He replied " we checked on Google map and it shows the residence on so and that's why we can't." I said can you Alberta College of Pharmacy and check the address and pharmacy registration?" the guy said sorry and hung up......SO POOR.
