Almost 4 years ago I received a call back from Patti at Silverman McGovern Staffing. After being out of work for 5 months, I was eager to return to work, but a bit shy. What I didn't want was to be at a company where I felt undervalued. I met with Patti and Faye a few days later. They were embracing and welcoming. Quickly over my first few weeks, they saw my worth and I started accumulating more responsibilities. The rest of the team was accessible and the vibe was communal. Today, they continue to support my personal growth and encourage my contributions. Everything I was looking for in a role and company, I have happily found.
