Worst experience I've ever had at a Dentist's office! Patients are separated by desk partitions. I was in the chair for 2 hours during my initial visit. The majority of that time was spent listening to the person next to me get their teeth drilled (high pitched schrill sound). My full mouth x-rays had to be taken in a series of small X-rays using those plastic bites that dig into your gums. The office has a nicer scanning X-ray but are not yet trained to use it. The dentist told me I had several cavities (probable) but I could barely tell when I looked at the film X-rays. I asked for copy of X-rays to take for a second opinion and was told I would be emailed a picture of the X-rays. I doubt said picture will be enough quality for another dentist to read. I got to hear the next patient next to me hock back snot and whimper as he got his lidocaine shot. Patients need separate rooms please! Anything but comfortable, never again!
