Great for families, but not perfect for disabled....

Great for families, but not perfect for disabled. We asked no less than 5 employees to assist us, as the event we were attending was at the HIGHEST point in the park, and we had 2 physically disabled adults. We were told that there was NOTHING that could be done/offered to assist us to the top of THEIR hill.

I walked to the top. Painfully, because my son needed to get to the top, and couldn't go alone.
Get to the top, and am told in no uncertain terms that its their "policy" to assist disabled customers.
When its time to leave, I am given a ride. My African American disabled husband however, is not. The employee simply STOPPED RESPONDING TO HIS WALKIE.
I'm then told by a DIFFERENT employee that they "don't give assistance to disabled people because **if we do it for one, we must do it for all**"
So... lesson is, this theme park is ADA compliant... as long as you can walk hills. If you cannot, prepare for a LONG DAY IN ONE SPOT.

Oh...AND with ONE ADA stall that regularly is closed down..prepare for a long walk uphill to a bathroom. Not even so much as a sign to ask other customers not to spend hours changing in the wheelchair stall.
I had to pound on the door, continually asking the 4 women STUFFED inside the wheelchair stall to hurry, so I could use the bathroom...oh, in the BATHROOM area...that has signs telling people its NOT FOR CHANGING... and the employee in the bathroom... just stood there.

Unbelievable. I DARE management to contact me about this!!
