Update** today Ebay refunded fully. I am now 100% happy. After about an 1hr of filing complaints in every form it was further reviewed and fully refunded.

Sold and shipped an iphone 6s on ebay, buyer returned a nokia cracked phone worth $0, Ebay refunds buyer after several appeals.

Would like for someone with ebay to contact me who can make decisions to refund.
