I had never bought custom fitted shirts on line.... I never thought it possible. I had a cruise coming up, and decided to retire my old Tuxedo shirt. I followed the fitting guidelines and from a description of my height weight etc the shirt came in fitting like a charm With one exception. The sleeves were too short. This is strange as the sleeves size recommended is the one I wear on off the rack shirts. In any case, I called the NYC based Customer Service number (I repeat that is a NYC based CSR.... not overseas) I explained the problem and they decided to ship new shirts right away and credit me back when they received my free return. This all worked like a charm. I now have my correct shirt size on their file. I will be surely using it again.
