I went to the VA in Seattle today for the first time (drove from Tacoma) and it was rather pleasant. They have a parking garage with plenty of parking, helpful volunteers at the information desk and even though I was an hour and a half early for my MRI, Lou got me in immediately anyway. Saved me a TON of time. Lou was also very accommodating and made me feel at ease even though I am claustrophobic. On the way out I was going to get the name of the lady who checked me in (super nice and super helpful) but she was on the phone. I have heard of and had sub par experiences with the VA, but this visit was a breeze! Great job!
