Its was a nice overnight stay
I think the wifi charge could be more clearer and written larger.
The welcome pack should be placed in a more obvious place in the rooms and not all over the place in drawers
This would allow easier accessibility to prices, information etc.
I think we were change double for breakfast by mistake But I Cant be sure as the electronic receipt is not that clear with costing
We pain a.seperate package for breakfast and parking.
And the breakfast was deducted from the deposit too.
Staff are accomodating, polite and friendly
Our rooms were spacious and clean.
Room service was great.
Very wheelchair friendly.
A few changes needed but mostly happy with stay.
