My experience with Oakwood Apartments: Stay away from the Newton, NC location. Complex manager Carol thinks she is GOD and is notorious for suspicious behavior. I snapped pictures before and after renting and she still had a debate with me.

Place is dusted with cigarettes butts everywhere and the noise level is way to loud. Plus, the apartments are too tiny for the rent you pay. Pool is not for enjoyment. Heck, I would not allow my dog to swim in there.

I would give this place zero stars. This place does not care about YOU!
