I have lived at an apartment in Fairmount owned by The Regis Group for a year and a half (Sept 2017 - April 2019). I really enjoyed my experience with this company. They have an online portal to make rent easy to manage (you can set up automatic payments) and to make maintenance requests. The maintenance guy, Miguel, is very communicative and very friendly and was able to fix anything that came up. I would absolutely rent from this group again and would recommend it to friends - my friend actually took my unit after I moved out!
If any issues come up during the move out process I will update but I am confident it will be a smooth transition because that is what they have demonstrated throughout my stay.
