I had stayed at this hotel a little over a year ago when Hilton first bought it. It was run down at the time but since it was peak season, Hilton kept it open to service the end of the season. They shut it for almost an entire year to do a full remodel, and the results are fantastic. It's really a beautiful boutique hotel, you'd never suspect it even was a Hilton as it has all the charm of a small French boutique. The staff is fantastic and it seems every one of them knows my name as I come and go.
