If you took a Spreadsheet of all of Flinders clients, and ranked them based on the amount of money they spend here, I would be at the top of the list.

Assuming of course the list was ranked from low to high. I come once every 2 years; only in even numbered Aprils, and renew my professional bond so I can show proof I have been bonded and be registered by the county.

So this firm makes whatever they earns in commission for their share of $49.00. And that's in even numbered years. In the odd-years, they make zero dollars.

Yet, I don't ever feel like I am a PITA. This company has been around since 1922, and I imagine they are on the 3rd or maybe 4th generation of Flinders by now. They even answer the phone live on the first ring without subjecting their clients to voice-mail hell.

They are knowledgeable, they are friendly, and when I come in (my signature has to be notarized so I can't do it by phone), they get me out of there fairly quickly.

Except that is for the 5 or 10 minutes I spend talking Angels Baseball with Mr. Flinders.
