Had a great experiance, i did 2 consecutive loans on 2 properties we had a few bumps in the road but nothing serious one of my properties had an existing title issue, Cashcall assisted to resolve it. Of the other lenders I solicited cashcall/impac were the least expensive as far as points and fees go and competitive on the rate side. I would use them again.
