I didn't work in Netlink but gone through interview process and based on that, my experience is pathetic. One of the worst HR and VP. Extremely unethical and unprofessional they are. They took 3 rounds of interviews including VP round and then HR offered X CTC, I aggreed. They didn't call for a while and when I asked, they said that they can offer x-2Lakhs. I was shocked but since relocating was my priority , I accepted that too. They again didn't call and when I asked again, they said one more round of interview will happen f2f. What the hell i thought but I again traveled from Pune to Bhopal. HR scheduled interview but when I reached Mandideep office, HR said it is postponed to Wednesday. What? didn't you need to update me? I went on Wednesday again, 10 mins interview happen and then again silence. I asked for an update after a week and they said, position is not open. What?? They wasted a month time for nothing. Be sure that you get joining and then only you believe on them. They don't respect anyone's time or skills.
