I traded in my 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited for a 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited. This is the first time I've traded a car for a newer model as I usually go to a completely different car. What can I say, I love the Highlander. Joe Krautheim was the most awesome sales person I've ever dealt with. He was patient, kind, extremely helpful, and I never felt like I was being treated unfairly. As a woman, buying a car can be intimidating, but Joe went above and beyond what I expected.
