My family and I stayed at this hotel to get away from the hurricane. We enjoyed our room but we will never stay here again. As we were leaving the hotel we got to our car and one window was busted out and the other was cracked. Somebody broke into our car and stole our things. When we went into the lobby they told us 'oh yes we didnt know who the car belonged to' we were then informed this happened to another guest about 4 spaces down from us. The hotel staff then proceeded to talk to one another and said 'theres always some type of excitement at this hotel" as a guest this is not something I wanted to hear! The people that broke into our car not only stole stuff but also broke the window in on my daughters car seat. It was a very stressful time with no care from the staff. If you are questioning to stay here do not do it. It is not worth the headach and repairs that we now face. Just trying to help anyone deciding to stay here. Have a good day God bless.
