I have managed (or co-managed) my company's website for over 5 years and 360PSG as been our hosting provider for the whole time. For items within the scope of the support contract they have been fair and prompt in their replies or service. For 'non-contract' items or extra work, they have been responsive in providing estimates to create/modify the software to meet my needs. All things considered - I am very pleased with my relationship with 360PSG.
