Where do I start?! Our experience this morning with the GTek Technician (Robert sorry I didn t get your last name but you know who you are) has been all around extremely pleasant. From the start he was super friendly and helpful. He called in the morning to give us a time of when he would arrive so we could be ready and he was on time!! A miracle to this Detroiter who In the past has waited over 4hrs for Comcast to do a service call and that s if they showed at all on the day you had arranged. The install was neat and easy. Thank you Robert for being polite, punctual, and personable! My husband and I are thankful to you and your company for restoring our Internet so we can work form home in these trying times.
