It was excellent as expected. The only negative was the lack of response to at least 3 separate calls requesting more towels and an extra blanket. We were told the items would be sent up and on each of these separate calls/requests, nobody came. We ended up walking down to the front desk to get them ourselves. Otherwise, we had a very nice time. Kudos to Tristan, Richard H, and Isabel P. They were excellent members of the service team.
