Had a wonderful talk with the owner about an order I placed earlier today. When I had first called to place an order I ended up ordering the wrong cake. I had ordered a cake for my boyfriends birthday and it turned out he wanted a different one from the one I had previously purchased and asked for writing on. There was a misunderstanding of information and I was under the impression that if I was to switch cakes the previous one that I had ordered would be discarded. I did not want to waste food so I decided to stick with the one that had writing on it. After I had spoken to the owner however I was informed that by discarded they had actually meant to say the cake could still be sold since I had not picked it up yet and that they would be able to take the writing off no problem. He let me know that at any time that I had a change of mind they would be more than willing to accommodate. I will certainly be back and am so appreciative of the call and concern the owner had shown. Anyone who wants quality baked goods and great service is definitely in for a treat here.
