This restaurant appears to be a bit of a part of history in Madrid but the food and service didn't really leave any impression. We ordered mostly the staple dishes of the restaurant such as the Botin Salad, Garlic Soup, and Suckling Pig. The service was a bit slow and you can see the staff arguing. When asked for a recommendation our waiter told us he didn't really care for any of the food.
