The employees of Kaseman simply don t care.

I went here for a severe allergic reaction on my birthday in May. I 100% understand that people with non life-threatening issues should go to urgent care or wait to see their doctors. I get it. But when an ER is dead quiet, and urgent care instructs you to go there, what else are you supposed to do??

The ER was extremely quiet on the day in question, and I was immediately taken to a room. We thought that was a good sign, but over two hours later the nurse hadn t even stuck her head in once to see if I was still alive (and with a history of anaphylaxia, this was a concern!). My husband finally went out in the hall, and he found the nurse standing in the hall flirting with another employee.

From talking to people in the EMS field, I ve since learned that Kaseman ER has an atrocious reputation. You couldn t pay any of them to take family members there.
