Operation particularly poor. Have to wait 20 minut...

Operation particularly poor. Have to wait 20 minutes the first time before anyone came. To then have to wait half an hour for our drink. The second time it took half an hour for the service to arrive.

Image was good, the sound sounded very hollow. Seats are moderate.
