No stars! My experience with My House was an unfortunate one. Please believe the other negative reviews here as well. My House should consider changing their name to, "Nickle and Dime our Tennants Lack of Management Service", to avoid any future confusion. Charged exorbant amount for cleaning after move out. Please note the apartment was filthy when we moved in (dust everywhere, dirty appliances, disgusting bathroom) so I assume the "cleaning fee" was also charged to the tennant before me, even though cleaning had not taken place. We made clear remarks on our new tennant inspection form about the filth. Do not assume your experience will be any differnt!! My House refused to do a walk through when we moved in and when we moved out. Our cleaning was more than thorough. The apartment was in far better condition when we left than when we had arrived. We lived in the apartment for only four months and paid the price for it everyday, and also in our security deposit. (Received only half of the deposit.) WE LIVED THERE 4 MONTHS!
