After years of going sideways in multiple gym chains where I turned up and did what I thought I knew - I finally found a gym that has helped me start achieving some of my goals after going back to the basics and using a weight programme to reduce body fat and build muscle mass and increase my general mobility.
What I like about RAW is there is no hiding place - they push you but are you prepared to meet them and push too? Remember the gym is just one or two hours out of 24 a day so it is no quick fix if you want to get where you need to -- but the trainers will walk you through diet, sleeping and the rest - it is the best bunch of trainers in the business who know what they are talking about.
I now see RAW and my trainer as a partnership - it is not cheap but the best things in life never are. But if you don't see results then leave - but I can guarantee if you meet them in the middle they will transform your body and your life. Middle aged wreck to something approaching mid life confidence...go on give them a shot...
I train with Ivan - he is awesome but girls don't date him.
