I was a satisfied customer with Service America for 10 years. Unfortunately, since the company is growing the service is going down. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for the past 3 weeks and I've been on hold for 30-45 mins with no success. Keep saying that all customer service representatives are busy. Leaving messages and nobody calls back. I'm so impressed the way the owner responded to Melissa who posted a comment 3 weeks ago with a situation similar to mine. Very disrespectul. Like Melissa, I will not renew my contract with Service America. Good luck with you new adventure of making company bigger. I don't think customers want to pay for an annual contract without receiving service.
