Well would first list out the Greats ...
1. Ambience
2. Location
3. House Keeping staff
4. Chef preparations
5. Pool staff
6. Restaurant's layout and decor
7. Kudos to the choice of singers being arranged for Live sessions .

What could be improved
1. Greater attention to detail by the Resturant manager as well as staff for elementary aspects such as availability of water for guests when they occupy a table , clearing of used plates as and when it happens .
2. Reception staff to be mindful of the fact as to the details of guests arriving and should NEVER EVER outrightly Express that they have no clue regarding the reservation. These days reservations are done through multiple mediums , onus lies on the Hotel administration to keep all the necessary details .
3. In case reserved rooms are not ready by the time the guest arrives , reception staff to be ready to handle the guests in a courteous manner . It is to be remembered that guests are looking forward to relaxe in the room after the journey and not hang around in the reception lobby .
