I ordered a gift using their shipping information ...

I ordered a gift using their shipping information as a guideline. Apparently my order slipped through the cracks and didn't mail out on the day it was supposed to. When I called and asked about the shipment information the lady was incredibly unhelpful in fixing the problem and said I would have to pay extra if I wanted to get it on the date it was suppose to originally arrive. I honestly would of given it a better review if the customer service would have been better and not sounded so irritated that I was asking about my package. I am generally an understanding person, but she would not listen to my problem at all and cut me off three times. I will not be using this company again, regardless of the products being cute.
