I would give LG zero stars if I could - my less than 2 years old dryer is making a terrible thumping noise and LG is refusing to fix it unless I pay the repair fee. The issue is faulty welding on the drum and poor rollers - I've gone round and round with their customer service and gotten NO WHERE. LG doesn't stand behind their products. I will never purchase ANYTHING from them ever again.
