It was great but the service really is poor. Trying to find someone to order a drink/food is a real task. Serious lack of staff it would seem. Honestly, the hotel could make so much more from suckers like me if I didn t have to get up and walk to the next floor or go to reception to try to get some service. We ordered food, it never came. We were the only two people in the bar. This lack of service shouldn t happen in a five star hotel, especially when there s so few guests
