I had been going to this place for over a year ......

I had been going to this place for over a year .... sometimes my nails chipped within hours of going and paying 40-45$ just for gel polish and chrome . Prices varied with techs ... the owner IS EXTREMELY RUDE and unfriendly . Her husband is nice he tries to attend the custumer but they are selective who to service ... I cannot stress how rude they are ... the Hispanic women working there are the only ones that present custumer service skills ... they other ones don t care to let you wait over 2 hours without asking what you want to have done they ve bounced me from nail tech to nail tech ... some nail techs are great and this salon has the most nail colors but they need to work on their custumer service.... with the last incident I will not be going here anymore.. EXTREmlY RUDEEEE ....
