My initial experience was wonderful - the customer service on the phone is great and tech that came out to our house is very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Taken aback by the $500 plus bill, $210 for a diagnostics and an addition $335 for the temporary fix (no parts). He was there from 2:30 - 5:15 so he did put some time in and he did make it so we had heat on the middle floor. This price did not include the parts needed for a fix (a damper replacement and a board needs to be installed - we looked up the parts pricing to make sure we are in the ballpark). The temporary fix would only work for so long and it was suggested we do not change mess with the temp too much, fine. I was to get a quote for the permanent fix and then they could get us on the schedule. I called at end of day the next day to see when I would be getting the quote so we could decide what to do, I was told it was coming. It is now the following week, I called again to see if we would be getting a quote and was told it had not been done yet. I feel like I am chasing them to give them business which is making me second guess my initial experience. I am hoping I get to come back here and have a positive follow up.
