I very rarely leave 5 star reviews for anything, but ETown gets one! From day one, Kevin, Carrie, and crew made it clear that my success was their goal and that they were going to do what they needed to do to get me there. I've often said that I made more progress in my first 6 months at ETown than in the decade beforehand. I highly recommend EFC for anyone who's looking for a safe, personalized, effective workout situation!
