To get them to stop contacting you, send them a letter telling them you do not want to receive contact any longer. Their title is "Credit Bureau of Canada Collections". They go by other names as well is seems. Pursuant to the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act, RSO 1990, c. C.14, they MUST STOP contacting you once you have told them to in writing. If they want to pursue it they must take it to the legal system, however, it appears they buy their debts from companies and then continue to make misrepresentations by stating that they are receiving instructions from their client, when that is in fact not the case.
