The building itself is beautiful. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly and we had cleaning staff steal from our room. Security and the staff did not want to help in any way. I also would have expected the hotel to have better amenities (tiny gym, not hot tub, etc). One bright spot would be the breakfast, which was great.
