No customer obsession, lack of coordination. Appointments don't mean anything. Didn't even bother returning my car clean after holding it for 5 days for an alignment job and 3 door handle light bulb as well as wiper blade replacement. Must say though they gave me a self service car wash coupon, thank you, Mercedes Bellevue!

Update: i had sensed a non sincerity in the dealers response I confirmed it by calling them and not being able to talk to the gm and moreover not receiving a call back for about a week now. Thank you MB bellevue for wasting your customers time instead of making the service process seamless for them.

Update 2: Decided to give another chance MB Bellevue to get it right this time with my Service A appointment. From beginning to end, I was more than satisfied with the experience and efficiency after being able pick up my car on the same day of the drop-off. Chris Santiago, specifically, was instrumental on this appointment. So many thanks for him. I'm updating my rating from 1 to 4.
