I recently purchased a CPAP machine from this company. The product is decent, but I encountered some issues with the customer service. 🛌 The machine itself works well, but I wish the company had been more helpful when I had questions about the setup. The delivery was on time, which was nice. However, I was disappointed with the lack of support when I needed it. It's an average experience overall – good product, but could definitely see improvements in customer service. If they can work on their communication and support, they could be a top choice for CPAP supplies.
