The location of the hotel is great and there is a lot of potential BUT...
According to the hotel, breakfast starts at 7U30 in the morning but they still had to bring out the cereal, butter and yoghurt at 8U20...
-- we ordered eggs and bacon around 8U25 and we only got them at 9u00.
-- as you can see on one of the pictures, our view during breakfast were 2 guys fixing things on a ladder in the middle of the breakfast corner. (See pictures)
-- we booked the deluxe room so you have a private jacuzzi with your room, but the pool was dirty and not working (See pictures)
-- They say there is a honesty tab but only 3 tabs out of the 7 were working
-- The shower did not work half of the time
-- When we asked to talk to the manager about these issues, he did not even want to make time for his customers
I would not recommend this hotel! The idea of creating a smart hotel is nice but the owners still have to be able to manage a hotel and not only build one
