The absolute worst service I've ever had.

The absolute worst service I've ever had.

Scheduled appointment for an oil change.
Got waited on 30 min late
Oil change took 2+ hours.
Instead of semi-synthetic oil, they use conventional oil plus an additive.
They charged me $20 for a fuel system additive I didn't want.

After another hour they refunded me $5.35.

I'll never again darken their door for ANY reason.

This is the first negative review I've ever written and they really earned it.
I felt sorry for Rick, the service writer.... he tried to be nice.
