I have lived at Evanston Place for more than a year now, and I absolutely love it! The amenities such as the pool and gym are kept immaculately clean and working all the time. My apartment is quiet and neighbors noise is not a problem. The maintenance crew responds quickly (within a day) to any maintenance requests and they are very nice. However, what really makes Evanston Place a cut above other large rental buildings is the amazing Management Staff. They have provided help with all kinds of little (and some pretty big) requests that I have made. They always go the extra mile. For example I recently had surgery, and management was aware of this so when a 40+ lb package was delivered, they brought it to my apartment door so I wouldn t have to lift it. For anyone who wants to live in a community of both young and older individuals, and who values service, convenience, and amenities, this is a great place to live.
